Developed in response to the pandemic, “Residencies Rewired” is an experimental initiative which re-modulates research agencies and reinvents the working methodologies of overseas Artists-in-Residence whose onsite residencies in Singapore have been disrupted by the impossibility to travel. We are pleased to announce the Liaisons (Artistic Research) appointed through our Open Call! And we would like to thank all applicants for their enthusiastic response.
The Liaisons (Artistic Research) will work in close, albeit remote, collaboration with overseas artists over a period of three months (December 2020 – February 2021) to support the development of their research projects. “Residencies Rewired” will culminate in a series of public programmes to be conducted towards the end of February 2021.
